P6 Construction and Commissioning Schedule Development
Highly detailed construction schedules are typically developed with an end in mind. From a construction company’s perspective this is ok, as they come in, build, and then demobilize. The quality of that schedule lies in the level of detail, along with the accuracy in logical relationship based on actual construction. However, a major piece most places tend to miss or leave out is the complexities behind integrating the construction schedule with startup and commission schedules.
